Can I cancel or update my order?


Please message us through at support@lartistjewelry.com and we would be happy to help you change, cancel or update your recent order.

When will my order ship?


Our L'Artist pieces are handmade to order and may take up to 3 weeks for production, gemstone certification, and delivery. Jewelry that is in stock will be processed within 48 hours, then shipped to arrive within 7 business days. If you need your order sooner, please reach out to us via support@lartistjewelry.com as soon as possible. Once your package has shipped, we will send your tracking information via email provided upon checkout so you know when your order will arrive.

Is L’Artist available in stores?

What are your shipping options?


We offer free shipping on all orders delivered within the continental United States and Canada. 2nd Day Air delivery: $0 Available on all orders between $500 - $4,999. Items ordered together may not always ship together. Next Day Air delivery: $0 Available on all orders above $5,000. Items ordered together may not always ship together. *Sales tax does not count toward the total amount.* Expedited delivery is not available for any personalised or customised items. Please note that all orders above $1,000 require a signature. To protect the value of your purchase, all shipments are fully insured.

Do you offer international shipping?


We currently only ship to the United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our delivery options and hope to ship to other countries in the near future.

What is your return & exchange policy?


We hope that you’ll fall in love with your L'Artist jewelry. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will accept items for exchange, refund, or merchandise credit within 14 days from the date of receiving your order. To initiate a return or exchange, message us right away to support@lartistjewelry.com.

* Custom order and engraved items are not eligible for return or exchange.

* All returns must be unworn, undamaged and in their original condition. Worn or used merchandise will not be accepted for refund or exchange unless it is deemed as defective.

* All returns must be in their original packaging. Please enclose the sales receipt (or a copy) with the returned item that accompanied the original shipment.

* Please note your purchase will not be accepted for refund, credit or exchange without the L'Artist security tag affixed in the manner in which it was received.

How will I receive a refund or credit?


All refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Please allow up to 14 business days for your return to be processed.

Do you offer a product warranty?


To ensure your jewelry lasts a lifetime (and beyond), your L'Artist jewelry is covered by a warranty valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. We will happily cover any damages due to manufacturing and material flaws within that time frame. Simply message us at support@lartistjewelry.com and we’ll make things right.

Note that your warranty does not apply to items that have been tampered with, repaired or worked on by third party jewelers. Damages resulting from normal wear and tear are also excluded from the warranty. We encourage you to reach out with any questions or concerns regarding the life cycle of your product.

How do I care for my Product?


Gentle Cleansing
Bathe your jewelry in warm water and clean with a mild, non-abrasive cleanser and a soft brush. Pat dry with a soft cloth.

Safekeeping
Store your L'Artist jewelry in a dedicated box or pouch to prevent scratching.

Active Lifestyles
While L'Artist jewelry complements your everyday brilliance, avoid wearing it during physical activities like sports or exercise.

Regular Pampering
Schedule an annual professional inspection to ensure the sparkle endures and settings remain secure.

Timeless Beauty
Protect your jewelry from harsh chemicals, such as chlorine and cleaning products, and extreme temperature to maintain its pristine luster.
